Q: I have bought a full version and when I'm sending scores on the website, they are not appearing on the lists.
A: To see your scores on the official high sore lists, you have to register your nicknames. The link to the website where you can do this is in the e-mail with your registration key.

Q1: Not all sounds work in the game, as if some of them were lacking.
A1: We advise to turn off all screen readers working in the background.
A2: You can try to enter the audio advanced properties and set the equipment acceleration from minimum to maximum (depending on the audio card).

Q2: How can I send my scores to your website with score list? I can’t find any option in the game for sending records.
A: You don’t send your scores directly from the game. In order to do that you have to use the option “send best scores on the Klango website” directly from the Klango main menu, or use the program High Scores in the folder Klango, or choose the option “Send local scores” from menu start, folder Klango.

Q3: Can I use any key shortcuts on your website?
A: Of course you can. To make the navigation easier we set some key shortcuts. Test them yourselves. Combination left Alt key + any number from 1 to 9 switches over subsites. Combination left Alt + keys from Q to P activate the first ten high score lists. The combinations work without any problem in Mozilla, but while using Internet Explorer additionally you have to press Enter after each combination.
